POLICY ON CUSTOMER PROVIDED GOODS

• We prefer to decorate bulk orders of goods that we supply. 
• If you would like us to decorate bulk orders of your materials we will charge up to 50% cost of the provided good retail price (non-clearance or discounted) + decoration fee.
• Individual or a few add-on items to larger orders will be charged at regular decoration rates. 
• A joint venture wholesale-to-retail production would be an exception.

Our industry and business rely on the supply side of materials in order to remain solvent and functional. Bringing a screenprinting / embroidery shop items to decorate is just like taking groceries to a restaurant and asking them to cook. It takes the same amount of time, effort and staff to decorate a given item. When you "save" the money by purchasing elsewhere, you're removing the money from our business by doing so and we will charge an appropriate rate to recover the lost funds. Another reason for using our suppliers is that the items we offer are designed to be decorated and many similar products found elsewhere will not have the same consideration.
